
Property Management Team Leader

- Manage your own portfolio of residential properties across Central London
- Raise and manage insurance claims, liaising with loss adjusters and contractors
- Conduct property inspections, reporting findings to landlords and highlighting issues
- Manage tenancy documentation and contractual paperwork throughout the tenancy
- Support the client accounting team with rent arrears and serve legal notices as required
- Arrange check-outs, process deposit releases, and negotiate with tenants and landlords regarding deductions
- Assist the Head of Property Management in staff development and mentoring
- Conduct weekly 1-2-1s with team members to address issues and provide feedback
- Monitor team KPIs and ensure compliance with company processes and service standards
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management
- Previous experience managing or leading a small team
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work proactively and use initiative
- Knowledge of property management legislation and tenancy processes
