- Take ownership of end-user computing initiatives, including the rollout of our new Windows 11 environment.
- Provide proactive on-site and remote support that goes beyond just fixing issues - your goal is to enhance the user's day-to-day experience.
- Engage with colleagues across IT and other departments to identify gaps, explore new tools, and move the organisation towards modern, integrated solutions.
- Offer guidance and mentoring to the first-line support team, stepping in to tackle more complex technical challenges and sharing best practices.
- Contribute to projects such as SaaS integrations, endpoint security improvements, and application refinements that make our workplace more flexible and user-friendly.
- Use input from end-users to refine support methods and help the team evolve towards a future-focused model.
- Manage vendor relationships, working closely with Microsoft Account Managers and other support providers to align recommendations with the needs of the organisation and ensure effective adoption of technologies.
