Job Description:Robert Half are partnered with a growing organisation in Alloa to appoint a Finance Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is well suited to an enthusiastic individual with an ambitious attitude.RoleThis is a well-rounded Finance Assistant role. Duties include;
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Banking and Reconciliations
  • Monitor Cash-flow
  • Petty Cash
  • Assist with Monthly Management Accounts - journals, accruals and prepayments
  • Support the submission of VAT Returns and Payroll reporting
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • Assist with year-end
Profile
  • Xero experience
  • Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong communication kills
