Job Description:Robert Half are partnered with a growing organisation in Alloa to appoint a Finance Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is well suited to an enthusiastic individual with an ambitious attitude.RoleThis is a well-rounded Finance Assistant role. Duties include;

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Banking and Reconciliations
Monitor Cash-flow
Petty Cash
Assist with Monthly Management Accounts - journals, accruals and prepayments
Support the submission of VAT Returns and Payroll reporting
Maintain the fixed asset register
Assist with year-end

Profile

Xero experience
Previous experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong communication kills
