- Conducting probation reviews.
- Conducting investigations for ER processes.
- Managing parental leave processes and long-term absences.
- Collaborating with HR Managers to successful delivery the performance evaluation process.
- Managing salary & bonus processes with the support of management.
- Working closely with the firms’ global mobility team where necessary.
- Maintaining people data sources and reports.
- Building strong working relationships with other business services functions.
