- Typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Driving stakeholder engagement and building strong and effective stakeholder relationships
- Coaching and supporting stakeholders in their development of people management and leadership skills.
- Overseeing talent management strategies for the group – planning pipelines, development requirements, leading the recruitment authorisation process etc.
- Managing business partnering processes to include performance evaluations, compensation discussions and career track plans.
- Acting as an escalation point for complex employee relations issues for Legal team in London.
- Leading, participating in, and initiating relevant projects.
- Contributing to the People Team’s skills development and culture by actively participating in team meetings and training and initiating and sharing HR best practices.
