- Act as the go-to person for all internal requests related to significant infrastructure changes.
- Develop and maintain a clear and detailed roadmap for the renewals program.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve any potential conflicts or overlaps in the plan.
- Lead coordination meetings and ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned.
- Provide transparent, timely updates and reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support the preparation of business cases and funding requests tied to proposed changes.
- Monitor progress, assess risks, and maintain momentum on key milestones.
- Experience in a coordination or leadership role within the rail sector, particularly involving renewals or infrastructure projects.
- A strong grasp of project management principles and roadmap creation.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with rail standards, regulations, and operational frameworks.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling software.
- Degree in engineering, project management, or a related discipline.
- Accreditation in project or change management (APM, PRINCE2, etc.).
- Experience with change management or large-scale transformation programs.
