We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT A office fit out project located in Birmingham City Centre. This is a night shift position running for approximately 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing fast-paced commercial fit out projects, with a proven ability to deliver high standards under tight timeframes while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:*Oversee and manage the CAT A fit out works during night shifts
*Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
*Conduct nightly site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
*Liaise with the main contractor, suppliers, and site team to resolve any issues quickly
*Keep detailed daily site reports and progress updates
*Ensure the site remains secure and clean throughout the worksRequirements:*Proven experience managing CAT A or CAT B commercial office fit outs
*SMSTS or SSSTS certification (valid)
*First Aid at Work (valid)
*CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to lead a team and drive progress on site
