Rate: £250-£270/ShiftWe are currently seeking an experienced Site / Project Manager to oversee a fast-paced restaurant refurbishment project in the heart of Birmingham. This is a key role for a motivated individual with a strong track record in fit-out and refurbishment, especially within the hospitality or retail sectors.Project Overview:The works involve a comprehensive refurbishment of an existing restaurant space, including:Alterations to the existing layoutInstallation of new electric kitchen equipmentNew servery counters and joineryFull renewal of wall, floor, and ceiling finishesModifications to existing building services (MEP) to suit the new layoutKey Responsibilities:Day-to-day management of site operations to ensure project delivery on time and to budgetCoordination and supervision of subcontractors and tradesEnsuring health & safety compliance at all timesLiaising with clients, consultants, and suppliersManaging project documentation and reporting progressQuality control and snaggingRequirements:Proven experience managing refurbishment/fit-out projects, preferably within restaurants or hospitalitySMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificationStrong leadership and organisational skillsAbility to interpret drawings and specificationsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesLocation: Birmingham, Snow Hill | Salary: 250 - 270 per day | Job type: Contract | Posted: 02/09/2025
