We have an opportunity for a GP to join the team at any of 21 GP Practices in Sutton Borough. A great opportunity to work in an innovative and fast expanding GP practices within the Sutton PCNs.We are a small, close-knit team with a mission to provide the best healthcare to our patients in the local community.We work in three clinical teams with dedicated admin support from Care Coordinators, a named mentor & support from a Clinical lead, protected admin time, opportunities to develop your interests (teaching & training, specialist clinical areas, quality improvement, leadership), daily coffee meetings, regular clinical and educational meetings & social events. We are a Community Interest Company that aims to reinvest surpluses back into general practice and primary care for the benefit of our practices and the people who form the communities we serve.Sutton has four PCNs whose boundaries are based on historical relationships and groupings of organisations. There are some similarities of residents health and care needs unique to a particular PCN, and many more needs that are shared across all four PCNs.Our four PCN represent all 21 GP surgeries in Sutton.   • Proficient in the use of EMIS, DART.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team;
  • Ability to work with limited supervision;
  • Understanding of the pressures faced by GPs and healthcare teams;
  • Willingness to contribute to and participate in a peer support group;
  • Appropriate representation with a recognised medical defence organisation;
  • Current DBS check (undertaken less than 6 months before the date of appointment);
  • Proven ability to offer support within a clinical team and share learning points in Practice meetings;
QualificationsEssential
  • Fully trained GP.
  • Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice in General Practice
  • A good understanding of GMS contracting requirements and the operation of the Quality Outcomes Framework process(QOF and QMAS)
