  • 3 sessions.
  • Very low home-visiting
  • Realistic workload – mix of f2f and virtual.
  • Less than 10 documents per day
  • Triaging hub of clinicians who manage ‘duty doctor’, ensuring all urgent queries, home visits and appointments are dealt with, leaving the GPs on a normal clinic to focus on the patients.
Salary – £11,000 – £12,000 per session (depending on experience) + indemnity insurance + NHS pension 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leaveLocation – New Addington, CroydonBackground

You will also be supported with career progression, whether that is a clinical interest or if you have a desire to become a teacher or trainer. The surgery is also extremely low visiting for GPs, with ANPs and Multi-Disciplinary Clinicians carrying out the bulk of visits.The surgery –
