Senior Estimator - Main Contractor
Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Salary: Competitive + PackageWe're working with a long-established and reputable main contractor with a strong presence across Scotland. They deliver a wide range of projects including commercial, residential, education, and healthcare, typically up to £10M in value.Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The role involves managing tenders from start to finish, preparing accurate cost estimates, and working closely with internal teams and the supply chain.Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience with a main contractor
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple tenders
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
