  • Producing detailed, analytical electrical estimates for multi-site and standalone projects
  • Leading and supporting bids with confidence and stepping in as Lead Estimator where appropriate
  • Playing a hands-on role in risk assessment and tender reviews with senior leaders
  • Developing and maintaining pricing libraries, commercial outputs, and bid data
  • Supporting business development with innovative, practical solutions
  • Collaborating across departments to ensure tenders are not just compliant, but compelling
What we’re looking for
  • Significant experience in electrical estimating within an M&E contracting environment
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations, methods, and construction practices
  • Accuracy and attention to detail — able to develop robust budgets and pricing strategies
  • Confident in interpreting and developing MEP stage 2 & 3 design detail for design and build tenders
  • Confident interpreting drawings, specifications, sub-contractor quotes and value engineering.
  • Experience using estimating tools (Trimble or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • A natural communicator and team player — proactive, collaborative, and commercially aware
