- Deliver tailored one-to-one and small group support for Years 7-11 (or 9-11 as needed) with complex behavioural and SEN needs
- Foster a structured, safe, and inclusive learning environment, both indoors and outdoors
- Support academic progress, emotional wellbeing, personal development, and independence
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, families, and key workers to implement personalised learning plans and therapeutic strategies
- Contribute to behaviour management, life skills development, and the wider life of the school, including outdoor learning and community engagement
- Experienced in supporting children/young people with additional needs-ideally in SEND, youth work, or care settings
- Skilled in behaviour management and building trusting relationships with young people
- Calm, adaptable, patient, and responsive to complex challenges
- Passionate about helping young people re-engage in learning and develop independence
