About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated support to SEN learners in both small group and one-to-one settings.
  • Collaborate in planning, adapting, and delivering bespoke learning activities aligned with IEPs or EHCPs.
  • Facilitate engagement and emotional well-being through patience, consistency, and encouragement.
  • Assist students in developing independence, life skills, and confidence.
  • Maintain effective communication with teachers, SENCOs, and parents/careers.
  • Support learners in using resources such as reading interventions
  • Monitor and record student progress, contributing to documentation and reflection.
About You
  • Passionate about supporting children with diverse educational needs.
  • Understanding, patient, and responsive in your approach.
  • All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks.
  • Capable of building trusting relationships with learners and their families.
  • Communicative, organised, and collaborative.
  • Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
Desirable: Experience in SEN or relevant qualifications (CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ in Learning Support). However, full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.Why Long Term Futures
