Business Support Coordinator - up to £31,600A wonderful opportunity to join this Award-winning Architecture Practice as their Business Support Coordinator in Farringdon. This is a Monday to Friday office-based position. 08:30 - 5:30 (40 hours per week)The successful coordinator will need to demonstrate some excellent customer facing skills and experience. Working closely with the PAs, team coordinators, front of house manager, facilities and technical staff you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; have a keen eye for detail, a flexible and pro-active attitude and be able to prioritise effectively with minimal supervision.The business support coordinator's responsibilities are varied and include reception and administrative duties including:Providing administration support, as directed by line manager and others in the admin teamCovering reception duties at lunchtime and morning/afternoon breaksOperating the switchboard, meeting, and greeting visitorsSorting/franking/distributing post and sorting deliveriesBooking meeting rooms and keeping the hospitality assistant up to date with meeting bookingsOrganising couriers/passenger carsOrganising and running new staff inductions in basic studio processesManaging and updating the main client databaseAssisting the marketing team on client updates ahead of large eventsAssisting with in-house and external staff eventsOrganising celebration/leaving cards and collections and gifts as instructedAssisting Team Coordinators with frequent travel bookings, including collecting train ticketsIssuing invoices/credit notes to clients to support the Senior Team Coordinator and the teamAssisting with cover of Team Coordinator workloads in times of annual leave/unexpected absenceMaintaining and keep up-to-date the record and details of projects to be photographedCollecting filing from all Team Coordinators and sort according to the company proceduresFiling digital/paper documents into the relevant filesAssist with digital/hard copy archiving within the studioAssist with organising team eventsTaking a proactive and managerial approach to maintaining a tidy environment, ensuring empty desks and communal areas and surfaces are kept clearWatering plantsA wonderful opportunity to use your customer facing experience and develop within this friendly and inclusive teamImmediate start availableBenefits include:· Robust Learning & Development programs and opportunities to advance your skills and career.· Option to join Simply Health scheme for medical cost reclamation.· Generous £100 contribution towards eye care costs.· Dog Office Visits!
