- Assist with answering incoming calls, champion the customer experience, and post good news stories on Yammer.
- Create and maintain new property activity records, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Order and process land registry title checks for new properties.
- Update records with information from market appraisal checklists.
- Create and manage template letters and forms, including marketing recommendations and terms and conditions.
- Ensure hub records are accurate and maintained, including updating pre-appraisal information.
- Assist in the KYC/CDD process for clients and counterparties and collect necessary documents prior to marketing.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and correct naming conventions on all property files.
- Organize and maintain G:drive and prepare reports for weekly/monthly meetings and ad hoc requirements.
- Code office invoices, create purchase orders, and process goods receipts accurately.
- Monitor management reporting tools like Working Life & Power BI, ensuring compliance with clear desk, storage, and GDPR protocols.
- Manage new starters' induction, onboarding, and leavers' processes, including ordering equipment and setting up logins.
- Support the team with training, holiday/sickness records, expense submissions, and ensuring adequate office cover.
- Arrange and manage property listings, descriptions, EPCs, photos, and floorplans, updating as necessary.
- Organize local office events, create marketing assets, adhere to marketing deadlines, and ensure the office adheres to central guidelines.
- 2 years+ experience in a similar admin role
- Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the industry is a bonus
