Location – CranleighHours – 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, 1 in 3 weekends worked, early and late shiftsSalary – £35,000Start date – ASAPOur client is an independent, family-owned catering company, which has achieved consistent growth year after year by keeping their core values – family, respect, honesty, pride and exceptional performance.They are looking for an Assistant Catering Manager to help lead one of their school catering teams. As Assistant Catering Manager you will be responsible for providing catering service, managing the team, maintaining stock control, planning menus and any additional hospitality requirements.The Ideal Candidate :
  • proven craft and management skills
  • a real passion for fresh food
  • previous client liaison experience
  • NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent (ideally)
