- Deliver exceptional customer care by going above and beyond
- Basic food preparation including preparation of hot and cold food dishes and baked goods.
- Ensuring the kitchen is kept neat and tidy in line with health and safety requirements.
- General duties including but not limited to clearing of tables, till work, preparation of both hot and cold drinks, pot wash.
- Supporting colleagues in other business areas when required.
- Follow directions of the Manager on Duty.
- To act in a professional manner towards team members.
- Take part in all training required by the role.
- Carry out other duties related to the business as reasonably required.
- Maintain and adhere to standards set out by the business
- Strong verbal communication and good ability to interact with customers and team members.
- Be adaptable to changing work and environments.
- Have basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Be able to work as a team or solo.
- Be of smart appearance with good personal hygiene.
