- Proven track record in Business Development or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in time-critical logistics is a strong advantage.
