BHAnd many more!The Role of the Account ManagerThe Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening relationships with national clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards. You will act as a central point of contact for your accounts and work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations.Key responsibilities include:Managing and developing strong, lasting relationships with key national accountsActing as the main liaison for maintenance services and product deliveryCoordinating project timelines and updates with internal teamsMonitoring client communications and portals, ensuring prompt responsesLogging projects on the ERP system and keeping invoice dates accurate for forecastingSupporting compliance processes such as advertising consent applicationsAbout You – Account ManagerWe’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to relationship management.You will ideally have:Proven experience in account management or a customer-facing project roleConfidence in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)A strong sense of ownership and commitment to client serviceThe ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing prioritiesWe’re committed to promoting inclusive opportunities.
