📅 Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term until end of April 2026 (approx. 8 months)
🕒 Hours: 36-hour workweek with flexible hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:20 AM - 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:20 AM - 1:30 PM (early finish!)

- Build strong client relationships through inbound and warm outbound calls
- Follow up on leads, identify growth opportunities, and drive account expansion
- Recommend suitable products and services tailored to client needs
- Manage the sales pipeline through the CRM - from lead to close
- Handle quote requests, apply pricing strategies, and produce sales reports
- Support Business Development Managers with key accounts
- Provide technical product support (Tier 1-2, with training provided)
- Maintain CRM data and prepare account action plans
- Meet and exceed sales targets in collaboration with the Senior Account Manager
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and reporting
- KPI targets exist, but they are a joint team effort working closely with your BDM to achieve targets collectively
- Experience in account management, internal sales, or customer relationship roles
- A growth mindset and proactive attitude toward account development
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills (phone, email, Teams)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy (Office 365 + CRM knowledge)
