- Experience influencing staff at all levels to ensure project objectives are owned by all members of the team including users and stakeholders.
- Evidence of the ability to involve teams in analysis of situation and solution development; persuade teams to take on new ways of working and to constructively challenge the status quo.
- Experience of working in a demanding environment with many, sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Experience of successfully developing collaborative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Practical experience of managing automation lifecycle, Patient and administrative workflow, template and protocol design
- Experience of delivering automations using key NHS applications including non-clinical / administrative systems
- Experience of financial and workforce management
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks within agreed time scales.
- Project management skills; Track record of working closely with agile and diverse engineering teams.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Technical skills in the design and application of process automation.
- Ability to create, review, and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
- Familiar with the use and implementation of Microsoft 365, Power Apps, including Power Automate.
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with a wide-ranging audience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional development of self and others
- Demonstratable understanding of the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion and/or Knowledge of the NHS obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duties
