Job Description:Job Title Programme Manager - Automation and Transformation (ServiceNow)Location LondonCorporate Title DirectorWhile Deutsche Bank has been a long-term ServiceNow user at scale, the platform is suffering from instability and inability to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities. Our Automation and Tooling programme will stabilise and standardise our service management capabilities and streamline processes – whilst reducing risk, cost and setting us up for future AI-based operations.This is a complex, global, programme with multiple interdependencies and multiple third-party vendors and contractual agreements to navigate.
