- Assist in developing an AI and automation roadmap with a focus on operational scalability and business performance.
- Identify high-impact opportunities to embed AI and automation across business operations.
- Report to the Chief Technology Officer with regular updates on KPIs, impact metrics, and transformation progress.
- Align automation strategy with executive priorities.
- Run the day-to-day management of the automation delivery lifecycle—from intake through to design, build, test, deployment, and hyper care.
- Lead the design and documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Translate business problems into automation opportunities, articulating value cases, feasibility and impact.
- Deliver robust RPA solutions, either hands-on or through leading technical analysts and external partners.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, information security and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs and resource forecasting to ensure timely execution.
- Track and report automation KPIs and benefits realisation to stakeholders including Executive Board.
- Lead implementation of AI, RPA, BPA and workflow tools across business functions.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues on enterprise architecture and systems integration.
- Adhere to standards for data management, governance, privacy, and compliance.
- Support citizen development initiatives by training and mentoring junior developers or business users on low-code automation.
- Partner with HR, Operations, CRT and Finance departments to improve workflow automation and productivity.
- Support pilots and iterative deployments, scaling successful initiatives across Linaker.
- Ensure smooth integration of intelligent solutions into daily operations.
- Measure efficiency gains, time savings, and operational ROI.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and concepts (e.g., RPA platforms, scripting, API integrations).
- Good understanding of Azure / AWS environments and SaaS tooling, particularly where automation interacts with APIs and microservices.
- Proven experience within a technical transformation function, implementing automation or process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Track record of managing projects in agile, hybrid or waterfall environments, balancing scope, budget, timelines and risk.
- Sharp analytical mindset: able to dissect business processes and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with risk, compliance and data protection principles in a regulated industry.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.
- 5+ years’ experience in industry, and at least 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and automating workflows in a professional setting
- Proficiency in CRM / CAFM systems desirable and a deep understanding of their functionalities.
- Previous experience working within an M&E environment would be considered highly desirable but not essential.
