A supportive, family-feel cost consultancy based in Fitzrovia is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Central London office.With five offices across the UK and a growing reputation in the capital, this is a standout opportunity for a Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a key leadership role and help shape the future of a thriving practice.The Associate Quantity Surveyor’s RoleAs an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll lead multiple high-value projects across Residential, Hotel, Leisure, Education, Commercial, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors – with values ranging from £1m to £40m+.You’ll manage and mentor junior surveyors, oversee delivery from inception to completion, and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. This role also offers strategic input into the wider business – ideal for a Associate Quantity Surveyor on the path to Associate Director.The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • MRICS is a MUST
  • Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment.
  • Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
  • Proven ability to lead projects across multiple sectors.
  • Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
  • Ambition to step into Associate Director-level roles.
