As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll join a collaborative team of 15 specialists in a consultancy that puts its people first. You’ll lead on major schemes, work closely with top-tier clients, and take full ownership of the cost management process from day one.This role is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment with genuine progression routes. The consultancy operates a flat structure, values autonomy, and offers hybrid working (2-3 days in-office).The Senior Quantity Surveyor – RequirementsThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Proven experience in cost management from feasibility to post-contract stages
- Multi-sector experience in consultancy or construction
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- A successful track record working on, and leading, projects from inception to completion
- £65,000 – £75,000
