Senior Quantity Surveyor£55,000 - £60,000PermanentLiverpool, North WestJob Title: Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £55,000-£60,000We are currently working with a well-established, dynamic multi-disciplinary consultancy seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Take the next step in your career with a clear pathway to Associate/Partner level.You will have the opportunity to work across various sectors but not limited to industrial, residential, commercial and bank monitoring.Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
  • Lead cost planning and estimates across various RIBA stages.
  • Provide pre-contract services, including procurement strategy, risk management, and tender documentation.
  • Manage post-contract services such as valuations, progress payments, cost reporting, and final account negotiations.
  • Mentor junior team members and develop client relationships.
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
  • RICS-accredited degree.
  • Chartered status (or working towards it).
  • Proven pre and post-contract QS experience.
