- Support to find suitable volunteering and employment.
- Support to manage and apply for appropriate financial assistance.
- Be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services.
- Have proven knowledge of support needs of people with mental health needs.
- IT skills including ability to produce various documents in Word, use of email and internet and devising case notes on CRM systems.
- You will be confident in working autonomously and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- You will be practiced at working alongside people using a holistic approach tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Experience of time management and competing priorities when supporting people with complex needs.
- Commitment to service user participation and involvement.
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays.
- A current, full driving licence and access to appropriate motorised vehicular transport.
- To be part of a friendly team, with regular support from a Senior/ Line Manager
- In-depth induction to Second Step and all the relevant training and support you need to excel in the role.
- Regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager
- Regular group reflective practice with your wider team
