Emotional support
Help to find appropriate housing – helping clients with resettlement process.

Practical support around daily living skills – Cooking, Cleaning, Budgeting

Support to find suitable volunteering and employment.
Support to manage and apply for appropriate financial assistance.We are an accommodation-based service that operates 9am-5pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year to support our clients maintain a meaningful life and continue their pathway to recovery. Therefore, weekend and bank holiday working is included on a rota basis.About youYou will:Be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services.
Have proven knowledge of support needs of people with mental health needs.
IT skills including ability to produce various documents in Word, use of email and internet and devising case notes on CRM systems.
You will be confident in working autonomously and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
You will be practiced at working alongside people using a holistic approach tailored to each individual’s needs.
Experience of time management and competing priorities when supporting people with complex needs.
Commitment to service user participation and involvement.
Able to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays.
A current, full driving licence and access to appropriate motorised vehicular transport.What we offerTo be part of a friendly team, with regular support from a Senior/ Line Manager
