  • Provide personalised support to pupils, both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Assist with lesson preparation and the day-to-day organisation of the classroom.
  • Encourage and support pupils in developing their communication, independence, and social skills.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to the class teacher.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external agencies.
  • Supervise pupils during breaks and lunch times.
  • Uphold all safeguarding responsibilities to ensure the welfare and safety of every child.
What We're Looking For
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A current Child DBS on the update service.
  • Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally in an SEN environment.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and adaptable nature.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • A willingness to learn and engage in professional development.
  • A genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on young lives.
