Maintenance Technician/HandymanAre you a handy person with a knack for repairs and maintenance? Our client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential for a permanent position!Position Details:
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Working Pattern: Part time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct general maintenance tasks, including:
  • Painting and touch-ups
  • Changing light fixtures and batteries
  • Replacing taps and shower heads
  • Address odd jobs in communal areas and occupied rooms
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
