- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness to apply for one)
- Strong knowledge of the PE national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all students.
- Proficiency in a wide range of sports and physical activities.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Creativity in lesson planning and delivery.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality PE lessons.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
- Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum.
- Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs and teams.
- Participate in school events, including sports days and school trips.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Liaise with parents and carers regarding student progress.
- Provide pastoral support to students.
- Keep up-to-date with educational and subject developments.
- Adhere to all school policies and procedures.
