- Handling and logging calls and communications related to quality issues from regional, area, and depot managers
- Quickly assessing and resolving quality concerns raised in the field
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed
- Supporting regional board reporting and managing customer complaints
- Accurately recording key information from calls into our live data systems
- Keeping the wider Quality Assurance depot team informed of any issues
- Organising product information and logistics to facilitate returns to primary sites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- A basic understanding of joinery installation (e.g., kitchens and joinery products) is desirable, but not essential
