Depot Support AdministratorWe are looking for a proactive Depot Support Administrator to join our team at our Raunds site. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, providing practical support and guidance to our depot teams.As a key member of our administration team, you’ll help Howdens enhance its products by identifying recurring themes and trends from the issues you handle. This is a dynamic role that demands strong relationship-building skills, keen listening, and effective problem-solving — skills you’ll have plenty of opportunities to refine.What you’ll be doing…
  • Handling and logging calls and communications related to quality issues from regional, area, and depot managers
  • Quickly assessing and resolving quality concerns raised in the field
  • Escalating complex issues to senior team members when needed
  • Supporting regional board reporting and managing customer complaints
  • Accurately recording key information from calls into our live data systems
  • Keeping the wider Quality Assurance depot team informed of any issues
  • Organising product information and logistics to facilitate returns to primary sites
What we’re looking for…
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • A basic understanding of joinery installation (e.g., kitchens and joinery products) is desirable, but not essential
