- Processing member and intermediary requests on a variety of systems.
- Handling new business applications and increasing cover requests.
- Managing queries via telephone and email with a strong focus on service.
- Supporting the retention process through outbound contact with members/intermediaries.
- Handling post: opening, scanning, franking, and bulk printing.
- Updating member records and dealing with returned mail.
- Supporting underwriting operations (e.g., requesting GP reports, logging/chasing requirements)
- Processing daily BACS reports and direct debit files.
- Producing ad-hoc reports and mailbox management.
- Supporting across the business as required.
- Organised and detail oriented.
- A confident communicator across email and phone.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
- Friendly, honest, and reliable.
- Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills.
