- Managing day to day finance administration duties including, updating ledgers, raising purchase orders numbers, sending out invoices, running bank reconciliation, matching invoices with P.O.D's (and querying and discrepancies)
- Assisting with procurement liaising with supplier, ordering raw materials as required for production, booking deliveries onto system
- Processing on-line orders via Shopyfy, allocating already produced stock, and updating production plan with order requirements
- Liaising with couriers for collection of orders, keeping customer updated on order status
- Ensuring all production paperwork is present and electronically filed for audit requirement
- Providing "hands on" operational support to production floor when occasionally required
- All administration duties related to the role
