This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality matters in a supportive and collaborative environment, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Corporate / Commercial:
You'll be handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including:Drafting and reviewing commercial contractsAdvising on business/company sales and acquisitionsShareholder and partnership agreements and issuesCompany formations and restructuringGeneral commercial legal advice to SMEs and larger businesses - intellectual property protection and internet trading lawsThe skills & qualities of a Legal Fee Earner - Corporate / Commercial:A minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate and/or commercial lawStrong technical skills with the ability to manage your own caseloadExcellent client-facing and communication skillsExperience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be considered * You will have a proven track record of meeting fee earning targets and new business developmentBenefits of working as a Legal Fee Earner - Corporate / Commercial:Competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)Hybrid working: 1-2 days from home per weekA modern and friendly working environmentReal progression prospects within a growing teamA firm that values work-life balance and staff wellbeing25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown * Enhanced pension scheme
