This is an excellent opportunity to handle a diverse caseload with real responsibility, in a hybrid role offering 1-2 days working from home each week.The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Litigation:
You will manage a varied range of civil and commercial litigation matters (not personal injury, clinical negligence or employment, as these are dealt with by specialist teams), including:Contract disputesProperty and landlord/tenant litigationDebt recoveryConsumer rights claimsProfessional negligence and general civil disputesThe skills & qualities of a Legal Fee Earner - Litigation:A minimum of 2 years' experience handling litigation filesSolid understanding of litigation procedures, including pre-action protocol and court processesStrong organisational and file management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication * Proven experience meeting fee earning targets and new business developmentExperience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be consideredBenefits of working as a Legal Fee Earner - Litigation:Competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)Hybrid working: 1-2 days from home per weekA modern and friendly working environmentReal progression prospects within a growing teamA firm that values work-life balance and staff wellbeing25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown * Enhanced pension scheme
