Hours: 36 per week - 9am to 5.15pm - Monday to Friday - 1 hr lunch (1.25hrs on a Wednesday)Are you an experienced Employment Law Fee Earner looking to join a progressive and supportive legal practice?A well-established and growing law firm in Coventry is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Fee Earner to join its Employment Law team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of employment matters in a hybrid role-with 1-2 days working from home each week.The Responsibilities of a Legal Fee Earner - Employment:You will manage a varied caseload of employment matters, including:Unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and wrongful dismissal claimsDiscrimination and harassment casesRedundancy and restructuring adviceTUPE and contract reviewsSettlement agreements and ACAS negotiationsThe skills & qualities of a Legal Fee Earner - Employment:A minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law (claimant and/or respondent)Strong knowledge of employment legislation and tribunal processesExcellent negotiation and drafting skillsConfident managing cases independently and providing practical legal adviceExperience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be consideredBenefits of working as a Legal Fee Earner - Employment:Competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)Hybrid working: 1-2 days from home per weekA modern and friendly working environmentReal progression prospects within a growing teamA firm that values work-life balance and staff wellbeing25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown * Enhanced pension scheme
