You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a new Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy, championing visible safety leadership, and shaping a positive safety culture.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert coaching, advice, and guidance to stakeholders
  • Review and update policies, procedures, and safety documentation
  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventative actions
  • Conduct audits and inspections with clear, actionable reporting
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, including HSE inductions
  • Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and DSE/office safety management
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor, ideally with NEBOSH General (Construction a bonus)
  • Strong understanding of safety policies, procedures, and best practice
  • Confident in investigations, stakeholder engagement, and training facilitation
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
