- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across all Primary curriculum subjects, including literacy, numeracy, science, and the arts.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture where every student is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
- Assess student progress using a variety of methods, providing constructive feedback to students and communicating with parents about their child's development.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect, kindness, and collaboration among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum materials and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behaviour.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Primary Education.
- Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in a school setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A deep understanding of the Primary curriculum and child development.
- Creativity, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.
