- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting respect and good conduct.
- Participate in school-wide activities, professional development, and parent-teacher meetings.
- A Qualified Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A deep understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
