- Plan and deliver engaging lessons: Design and implement a balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all students, using a variety of teaching methods to make learning fun and accessible.
- Create a positive classroom culture: Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere where students are motivated to participate and respect one another.

- Communicate with parents and guardians: Build strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in their education.
- Manage classroom behavior: Implement effective classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and a productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues: Work as part of a team with other teachers and staff to share best practices, plan school events, and contribute to the overall school community.
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, along with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent certification.
- Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- A deep understanding of the primary curriculum and child development.
