We are an equal opportunities employer, welcoming applications from all sections of the community.The Speech and Language Therapist Role:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this exciting and varied role, you will contribute to the design, delivery and development of our digital support packages, ensuring they remain clinically robust, engaging, and accessible to users.We're looking for a creative, organised, and forward-thinking individual who is eager to explore innovative approaches to supporting schools and families.You'll be confident using technology and passionate about designing and delivering training-both in person and online. A strong interest in research and a solid understanding of current practices in education and speech and language therapy are essential. You'll bring a fresh perspective, approach challenges with originality, and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team that includes educators, speech and language therapists, and media and technology professionals.Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our SLCN support packages, ensuring content is evidence-based, user-friendly, and aligned with current best practices.
- Training and CPD Delivery: Develop and deliver training sessions and professional development materials for schools, and other professionals across education and health.
- Customer Support: Provide expert clinical guidance and support to users, including schools and professionals, ensuring high-quality customer experience and outcomes.
- Research and Impact: Support research initiatives and evaluation projects to assess the effectiveness of our tools, working closely with external and internal stakeholders.
- A qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with HCPC and RCSLT.
- Experience supporting children and young people with SLCN in educational settings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills - able to engage a wide range of professionals.
- Comfortable using digital tools and keen to apply your expertise in a tech-based environment.
- Comfortable being active on social media.
- A proactive, flexible and innovative mindset - excited about shaping the future of support services.
- Experience in resource or content development.
- Familiarity with school systems and digital learning platforms.
- Interest or experience in research or impact evaluation.
- Experience delivering training remotely via webinar.
- A basic knowledge of Speech and Language Link packages.
