Your role as a Customer Service Coordinator will involve:
  • Managing customer enquiries via telephone, online platforms, and email - from initial contact through to final delivery.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer service experience, ensuring high standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
  • Accurately completing data entry and processing customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and other stakeholders to clarify information, share updates, and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the customer account base.
  • Liaising with Fleet and Capacity Planners to confirm transport and material availability.
  • Keeping customers informed throughout the process, enabling efficient planning of transport resources to meet commercial demands.
