- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and orders via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Delivering a high standard of customer care, creating a positive experience with every interaction
- Performing data entry and sales processing with precision, maintaining accurate records throughout the day
- Collaborating with team members to exchange information and resolve issues efficiently
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the continuous enhancement of our services
- Maintaining accurate customer data within the CRM system
- Communicating regularly with internal departments such as Finance, Depot, and Purchasing
- Supporting the delivery of in-demand products and contributing to business profitability
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, introducing new products and technologies
- Developing industry-leading product knowledge through training, research, and self-study
- Be confident using IT systems and quick to learn new tools (training provided)
- Have a positive, approachable attitude and strong communication skills
- Demonstrate resilience and tenacity under pressure
