We are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Radiology Department Assistant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.The post is based at Lister Hospital, but the post holder will be expected to rotate to the New QEII Hospital and cover occasional shifts at Hertford County Hospital as required.This role involves preparing clinical areas, supporting clinical staff during examinations and procedures and supporting patients both physically and emotionally. There are some administrative and reception tasks in this role.The post holder will require the knowledge and skills to supervise, support and train the Clinical Radiology Department Assistants within the department. The role will also include cannulation training to support the CT and MRI services.This is an interesting and varied job working within a friendly hard-working team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and have previous experience of working as a Clinical Radiology Department Assistant.Our Values are Include, Respect and Improve.
