You will:
  • Support pupils with conditions such as autism, ADHD, trauma-related difficulties, and SEMH needs
  • Assist in implementing behaviour intervention plans and therapeutic strategies
  • Monitor and document pupil progress in relation to emotional and cognitive development
  • Help create a safe, structured environment that promotes learning, regulation, and emotional growth
