  • Work closely with pupils aged 5-18 presenting with SEMH, neurodiversity, and trauma-related behaviours.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies under the guidance of the school's clinical and therapeutic team.
  • Support emotional regulation, build resilience, and facilitate 1:1 or small group learning sessions.
  • Help develop and deliver tailored behaviour and education plans, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support.
