- Work closely with pupils aged 5-18 presenting with SEMH, neurodiversity, and trauma-related behaviours.
- Implement therapeutic strategies under the guidance of the school's clinical and therapeutic team.
- Support emotional regulation, build resilience, and facilitate 1:1 or small group learning sessions.
- Help develop and deliver tailored behaviour and education plans, promoting independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic, person-centred support.
- Direct experience of clinical practices within an educational setting.
- Structured career progression into our internal Clinical Pathway, following a successful foundation year.
- Weekly mentorship and CPD from clinical and pastoral leads.
- First-hand experience in a trauma-informed, therapeutic environment - a valuable asset for postgraduate clinical applications.
- As a Clinical Teaching Assistant no two days are the same - and every interaction has an impact.
- Graduates in Psychology, Criminology, or Health and Social Care (or final year students).
- Individuals passionate about child and adolescent mental health, therapy, or trauma recovery.
- Those with experience (or a strong interest) in SEN, mental health, youth work, or educational support.
- Emotionally intelligent, compassionate, and resilient professionals ready to grow into a clinical role.
