- Lead, support, and develop a team of People Services Administrators to ensure timely and accurate delivery of HR services
- Manage ticket queues using Halo ITSM, assigning and prioritising workload to meet service level expectations
- Oversee HR transactions through iTrent, including onboarding, contract changes, family friendly, leavers, and data maintenance
- Monitor and coordinate Kronos Time & Attendance processes, ensuring accuracy for downstream payroll activities
- Raise and process Purchase Orders in line with internal controls and budget tracking, using the business's costing system
- Act as a key point of contact for escalated or complex People Services queries, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the People Operations Lead and People Systems Lead to review and refine end-to-end processes
- Maintain compliance with data protection and employment legislation across all areas of service
- Support reporting, audits, and management information requests as required by internal stakeholders
- Experience in an leadership role in a fast-paced or high-volume environmen, HR operations or shared services is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of systems such as iTrent (HRIS) and Kronos (T&A) with a focus on transactional processing and data accuracy
- Proficiency in using Halo ITSM or other ticketing systems to manage case workflows and service delivery
- Excellent people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing teams
- Strong organisation, prioritisation, and time management abilities
- Confident in managing HR administration
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with system, operational and payroll leads and other key stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Good understanding of HR compliance, GDPR, and data security principles
