Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Travel Allowance + Healthcare + BonusWe are recruiting on behalf of a leading Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractor who deliver major high-rise residential developments across London. They are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of complex mechanical and electrical packages on landmark projects valued £20m – £30m.The Role:
As a Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of large-scale M&E packages. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure financial control, cost efficiency, and successful delivery of high-rise residential schemes.Key Responsibilities:Commercial management of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to final accountProcurement of subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist M&E servicesValuations, cost forecasting, change management, and reporting to senior managementBudget control, cashflow management, and risk mitigationLiaising with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth deliverySupporting and mentoring junior surveyors within the commercial teamAbout You:Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on high-value projects (£20m+)Strong background in mechanical and electrical services within high-rise residential or large mixed-use developmentsExcellent knowledge of M&E systems, contracts, procurement, and commercial proceduresDegree qualified (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar)Strong communication and negotiation skillsPackage & Benefits:Basic salary £80,000 – £90,000 (DOE)Travel allowancePrivate healthcarePerformance-related bonusExcellent career progression opportunities with a tier-one M&E contractorThis is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading Mechanical and Electrical contractor at the forefront of London’s high-rise residential sector.
